Originally from South Africa, Tehillah McGuinness is a sports presenter, surf coach, entrepreneur, and former long-distance running Olympic hopeful whose passion for movement and performance has shaped an adventurous career across sport, media, wellness, and film. One of seven siblings, she grew up with a deep love for sport before falling in love with surfing at 16 — a turning point that would ultimately change the course of her life. Originally planning to pursue physiotherapy after studying within the health and fitness industry, a trip to Fuerteventura led her instead into the world of surfing. Now living between Cornwall and the Canary Islands, Tehillah went on to build and lead her own surf school in Fuerteventura, while also training high-profile clients in personal performance and the film industry. Her work expanded into film as a trainer, stunt performer, and body double, including serving as stunt double and surf trainer for actress Julia Garner as the Silver Surfer in Marvel’s Fantastic Four: First Steps. Alongside this, Tehillah has built a career as a presenter and live event host, combining storytelling, movement, and adventure both on and off screen. Today, surfing remains at the heart of everything she does, from coaching and presenting to inspiring others through sport, travel, and performance.
