Lee Wood is the Managing Director of Lost Shore Surf Resort, home to Europe’s largest inland wave pool near Edinburgh. With more than 20 years of experience in the surf and hospitality industry, Lee has built and led high-performing teams across surf operations, guest experience, accommodation, retail and food & beverage. Prior to joining Lost Shore, he co-founded Narosa Surf School in Ireland, helping grow it into an award-winning surf and hospitality business. Passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences and strong team cultures, Lee has played a key role in establishing Lost Shore as one of Europe’s leading surf destinations.
