Having grown up in Tynemouth, NE England. Gabe became a professional surfer at the age 17, embarking on a career that took him from the cold North Sea around the world. He picked up multiple national titles, representing GB at World Championships and the XXL Global Big Wave Awards. He has experience working in television, film and print media with brands such as Disney, Netflix, BBC and many Surf and Action Sports brands. Inspired by environmental action, and as a trustee of Surfers Against Sewage, his aim is to drive the surf industry and ocean loving communities towards a more positive, low impact future. In his current role as Ocean Marketing Manager EMEA at Patagonia, a company whose sole purpose is to ‘Save Our Home Planet’, he can now combine his love for surfing with his connection to the environment.
