Becky Gilmour is an adventure athlete, speaker and mental health advocate. In 2025, she became the first person to skateboard the world’s longest coastal touring route (3100km), has paddleboarded almost 1000km through Ireland unsupported, and ran over 100km around Dublin Spire in 24 hours. This has all been to raise awareness for suicide and mental health, while supporting relevant charities. She will be sharing her experiences from the road, lessons learned through adversity and her upcoming expedition to East Africa.
